To keep appointments running smoothly and prevent lengthy wait times, we operate by scheduled appointments.
If your pet needs urgent medical care, we’ll see them right away during open office hours. If at all possible, please give us a call on your way so we’re best prepared for your arrival. If your pet needs urgent medical care outside of normal office hours, we direct you to one of the following trusted emergency locations.
For the safety and comfort of all patients, clients, and team members, we require that all pets arrive properly restrained. Dogs must arrive on a leash, and cats and exotic pets must be in secure carriers.
If you suspect your pet may have an infectious condition like kennel cough or Parvovirus, please let us know prior to your scheduled appointment. This will give us time to make special arrangements for your pet, and prevent the spread of disease to other patients.
If you’re not yet a client of ours, we hope to meet you soon! You and your pet are always welcome at Highland Animal Hospital.
If you would like to schedule your pet’s first visit, call us at 781-433-0467. We also encourage you to complete a new client form prior to your pet’s visit to expedite the check in process.
